Position Summary

Essential Duties
Children’s Aid will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation of all allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or any violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy in a confidential manner and will take appropriate corrective action, if and where warranted. The incumbent is expected to work a schedule, whether in-person or hybrid, as determined by the department's needs to facilitate effective collaboration with the team. The position's requirements are subject to periodic review and adjustment based on organizational needs and changes in work dynamics.

Essential Duties
- Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide direct support to students in centers, schools and the community.
- Manages a caseload of 20 students.
- Facilitate Evidence-Based Programs (EBP).
- Facilitate all assigned groups.
- Provide individual, counseling and interventions.
- Provide individual mentorship and referrals.
- Assist in recruitment and retention of youth and families for prevention services.
- Provide support and provide services to at-risk youth.
- Accompany youth to internships, trips and other activities.
- Provide support for all specific site activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for programs and projects.
- Assist in administering pre- and post-test evaluations.
- Ensure timely record keeping ETO, WITNYS and other online platforms.
- Assist in the development of local health fairs, community events and environmental strategies.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Children's Aid.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.
- Must be credentialed after 3 years of hire
- 1-2 years of experience working in prevention programs or in youth development.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office.
