Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The LPC will provide mental health counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, offering a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward positive mental health outcomes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and committed to providing empathetic, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and more.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or others as appropriate.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current LPC licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Experience with specialized populations (e.g., children, individuals with trauma, or other specific needs).
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
