Job Summary
The LPC provides mental health counseling to children, adults, and families—helping them navigate challenges and build resilience. You’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and relationship issues
- Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
- Complete comprehensive assessments of emotional and psychological well-being
- Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.)
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive team and community partners
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LPC license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Experience with children, families, or trauma-informed care is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
