Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and faith-driven Preschool Director to lead and grow our program. This individual will provide strong leadership in daily operations, staff
development, and program excellence while fostering a nurturing, Christ-centered
environment for children, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Administration: Oversee operations, ensure compliance, collaborate with board and church leadership, and provide reporting.
- Program & Curriculum: Lead development of faith-based curriculum and plan events and programming.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive culture.
- Family Engagement: Build relationships, manage enrollment, and communicate regularly with families.
- Operations: Assist with budgeting, manage supplies, and maintain records.
- Health & Safety: Ensure a safe environment and maintain compliance with all safety procedures.
Professional Qualifications
- Meets Minnesota state qualifications
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check clearance
Faith & Personal Qualifications:
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood and faith-based education
- Warm, professional, and organized
