Role Overview
As a Program Coordinator, you'll:

Support daily classroom operations and supervise staff

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities

Ensure programs meet company, state, and accreditation standards

Maintain records and generate reports

Step in as a key leader when School Director or Assistant Director is unavailable
Requirements

Meet state and COA age requirements

Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher qualifications

Prior childcare experience; management experience preferred

CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
