Lead Teacher (Early Childhood Education)

We serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, including:
Infant • Toddler • Preschool • Pre-K • Before & After Care • Summer Camp

Who You'll Work With
You'll interact daily with:
- Children and families
- School leadership and management
- Teaching team members
All working together to create a positive, collaborative learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- CDA or
- 60 college credits (6 in Early Childhood Education), or
- 30 college credits (6 in ECE)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all state licensing requirements
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Commitment to professional growth
Key Responsibilities
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members
- Track and share children's progress using technology tools
- Support children's emotional and developmental needs
- Maintain consistent classroom expectations and routines
- Bring creativity, energy, and passion into your teaching
- Grow into or further develop as a Lead Teacher

Compensation
$17.25 – $21.28 per hour
Final pay based on experience, education, and internal equity
