- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible with hours and work schedule
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
- Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
- Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
- Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
- Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
- Accountability: Take responsibility, follow safety protocols, and uphold COA's mission and values
- Collaboration: Work with staff and management to ensure safe and smooth transportation
