This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a direct impact on the behavioral, social-emotional, and academic growth of young children—especially those with unique challenges and strengths.???? What You’ll Do:Deliver therapeutic and behavioral interventions, including ABA strategies and de-escalation techniques.Partner with lead teachers to embed individualized plans into daily classroom life.Support children during instruction, play, transitions, dismissal—and every moment in between.Step in during classroom crises with calm, compassionate problem-solving.Track student progress through consistent, accurate documentation.Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.Collaborate in a trauma-informed, equity-centered environment.???? What You Bring:CDA Required, or associate or bachelors degree. Early Childhood or related field preferred.3–5 years of experience working with preschoolers with behavioral needs required; ABA experience a plus.Strong communication skills and a team mindset.Flexibility, empathy, and a deep belief in the potential of every child.Bilingual skills are a plus!????
