Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarasota, FL for a Grants Administrator. The Grants Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of grants, including researching funding opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements. The role will involve financial oversight, including budgeting and monitoring expenditures related to grants, and preparing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Grants Administrator will collaborate with various departments to align grant priorities with organizational goals and ensure transparent communication with funders and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in Grant Administration and Research Administration
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess data and financial reports related to grants
- Excellent Communication skills for writing proposals, reports, and interacting with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting, financial tracking, and grant-related fiscal management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple grants and deadlines
- Familiarity with federal, state, and private grant regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office applications
