WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and facilitate Youth-Centered Planning Meetings (YCPM) in accordance with established standards.
- Prepare youth, families, and support team members for participation in the planning process.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including coordinating participants, materials, and accommodations.
- Guide productive, goal-oriented discussions that promote youth engagement and self-determination.
- Develop and document clear action plans and meeting outcomes.
- Complete required documentation and maintain confidential records within established timeframes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary education with relevant human services experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
- Commitment to strengths-based, youth-centered practices.
- Ability to manage conflict, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
