This is a full-time, on-site role for a Donor Database Coordinator, based in Round Rock, TX. The Donor Database Coordinator will manage and maintain the organization’s donor database by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Key responsibilities include entering, updating, and analyzing donor data, generating reports, maintaining database security, and assisting with donor communications. This individual will collaborate with the fundraising team to enhance data-driven decisions and support fundraising efforts.
- Proficiency in Database Administration and Data Management, including maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of donor records
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with donors effectively
- Experience working with Databases and related tools or platforms
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in data management or database coordination
- Experience in a nonprofit or fundraising environment is a plus
