Childers Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the Upstate since 1951. We are a locally owned and operated company that is focused on 5 Star Service and making everything a Win - Win for our staff our customers. We have seen an increase in calls the past year and are looking for a strong installer to join our team to help keep up with demand and lead a 2 man install crew.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3 plus years in Residential Install
- Leadership Skills and Experience
- Team Player
- High character
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 plus years of HVAC Installer experience
- Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
- Pass a pre-employment background and driving history check
- Pay Scale: We are a performance pay company which could earn you anywhere from $60,000-$120,000
