What you’ll do
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly and safely.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and drywall.
- Participate in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
