What You’ll Do
- Support coordination of quality initiatives, including provider follow‑up, scheduling, and daily operational activities.
- Track provider participation, coaching activities, and training engagement through accurate data collection and documentation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to support internal tracking and decision‑making.
- Assist with training logistics, including registration, communication, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and gather data to identify provider needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in early childhood programs, coaching support, or program coordination with strong data tracking skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- A collaborative, detail‑oriented, and mission‑aligned approach to supporting providers and improving program quality.
