What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly voice families hear — answering calls and welcoming walk-in clients with care and professionalism.
- Listen to and assess family needs to determine eligibility, provide guidance, and connect them to the right resources.
- Clearly explain childcare policies, procedures, and program expectations in a way that families can easily understand.
- Educate new families entering the program and help them take their next steps confidently.
- Offer alternative solutions when families are not eligible, connecting them to other helpful community resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfort managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and active listening skills
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on offering solutions
