Founded in 1988, Child Development Schools is headquartered in Austin, TX operating over 260 childcare centers in 11 states. Our three early childhood education brands are Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. The School Achievement Specialist must be passionate about providing childcare services to working families. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and community partners through outreach to promote achievement and growth. CDS programs provide an array of childcare options to families to support their growing needs. This position suppors the daily execution of the business development strategy, plans, and processes to increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.
This position can be located in NC, GA, TX and AZ.
Responsibilities:- Supports specific regional enrollment, marketing, and financial goals, in conjunction w/ the Director of School Achievement, Regional and District level operations, Finance, Marketing and Steve Achievement Manager
- Assists teams in best practices and effective tactics for prospecting new enrollments and partners
- Assists with team targets and metrics to measure the achievement of objectives
- Provides suggestions for new offerings or improvements to sales or marketing efforts
- Assists School Achievement Manager in growth plan with field partnership and support schools with strong follow-up which enables the school to exectue on the plan
- Works closely with marketing and other corporate support departments to support creative strategies to grow enrollment and drive an enrollment culture in the schools
- Develops a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators
- Works with the Director of School Achievement and School Achievement Manager to support Grassroot Marketing Toolkit and Best Practices Playbook for the field
- Supports growth strategy in assigned areas focused on lead growth and conversion, leads sourcing, planning & prioritization, retention, community engagement & local partnerships
- Completes Line Leader tasks as necessary to secure tour dates and times for potential families
- Assists with enrollment strategies

- 2 years of combined childcare center leadership, sales or business development experience is preferred
- Experience in multi-markets and knowledge of the childcare and/or education market required
- Understanding of the marketing and sales processes in education or childcare industries
- Adept at using a variety of research database tools as appropriate
- Coaching and leadership skills; ability to influence a team and motivate/inspire staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments
- Occasional travel as needed
