Duties

- Manage conflict resolution and behavior management techniques to foster a safe and respectful classroom environment
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools or daycare centers is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management strategies
- Familiarity with educational compliance standards and regulations related to childcare environments
