Duties
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, and social development.

- Engage children in play-based learning activities that develop communication skills, behavior management, and early childhood development milestones.
- Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and respectful interactions among children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Help with routine tasks such as proofreading educational materials, setting up learning stations, and documenting student progress.
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred.
- Classroom management skills combined with strong communication skills are essential for fostering a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with children of varying ages and backgrounds, including those requiring behavior management strategies.
