Childcare Center Director in Anna, TX

We are hiring a strong, experienced Director. Must have previous experience working as a Director in a childcare center.

Montessori Certification is a plus!

Duties:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff and students
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in childcare leadership
• Strong leadership with the ability to guide, coach, and hold staff accountable
• Independent leader who can confidently run daily operations without constant oversight
• Ability to manage staff, enrollment, and overall center performance
• Experience with Procare software
