Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a love for learning through engaging activities in literacy, math, physical education, and more.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early literacy, math skills, and physical education.
• Provide individualized support to children with early intervention needs.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages communication and collaboration among students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
• Engage with children in hands-on activities that promote exploration and discovery.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in preschool or toddler care settings is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with young children and their families.
• Passion for educating young learners and fostering their development in a supportive environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education practices.
