The Finance & Administration Lead at Child's Play Wonderschool will play a critical role in contributing to the successful operation of our organization. This individual will oversee the financial and administrative functions of the school, while also working collaboratively with various levels of our team to ensure the provision of top-notch services and support to all areas of Child's Play Wonderschool.Job Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the school, including budget preparation, financial planning, and analysis.Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue recognition, and cash management.Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Develop and enforce internal control policies to safeguard the school's financial assets.Manage and oversee the administrative functions of the school, including facilities management, HR processes, and office equipment procurement.Coordinate with school leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
