Our ideal candidate must:
- Be energetic, outgoing, nurturing, and have a love of working with children!
- Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the children
- Be able to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week between the hours of 6:30AM – 6:00PM, No evenings or weekends! We are closed 9 holidays
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Have the necessary college credits to qualify as a childcare teacher
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, particularly with toddlers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education tailored for toddlers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and community partners.

Qualified Applicant must meet MN Rule 3 requirements for a teacher including the necessary college credits and experience in a Childcare Center. This is a full-time position.
