Job description:
We are looking for a Full-Time, Center Float to assist the lead teacher in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Someone who can assist our Lead teachers to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children's development.
- The floating teacher will be responsible for assisting with monitoring the children and maintaining classroom routines
- Aid in the day-to-day recordkeeping and parent communication.
- Aid in fun activities throughout the day
- Observe children's interactions and promote positive self esteem
- Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations a established by the state guidelines
Skills:
- Some knowledge of child development( willing to train if limited experience)
- Creative
- Patience, flexibility and love for children
- Strong communication and time management skills
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
