Family Support Specialist/Parent Educator – Exciting full-time opportunity to work with a professional team in a trusted home visiting program serving local families for over 30 years. Child Health Partnership seeks a Family Support Specialist/Parent Educator to encourage optimal health and well-being for pregnant women, children 0-6 and their families. This position partners with parents to promote positive child development and school readiness. Associate Degree and experience in social work, child development, or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree and Spanish proficiency preferred. Must have reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
