Do you have a desire to assist families in our community? Would you like to use your skills to help families achieve self-sufficiency? CHIP of the Roanoke Valley is a home visiting program caring for pregnant women and families with children from birth to kindergarten entry. We are searching for a candidate who will create meaningful relationships with our clients to build on their strengths and create a difference in their lives. Job duties include: home visits, asthma case management, prenatal/parenting education, conducting assessments on health, nutrition, psychological, environmental and economic demographics of clients, working with medical reports, providing education on potential health problems and understanding of specific health care needs and providing resources to families. Job Summary:
Full Time – Monday through Friday with Flexible Work Hours

Minimum Requirements:
BSN with experience in pediatrics
Valid RN license for Commonwealth of Virginia
2 years related work Experience
