Child Guidance & Family Solutions is looking for compassionate Outpatient Therapists to provide mental and behavioral health counseling services to children and families in our Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls, and new Green office!  Provide an atmosphere of trust, acceptance and hope for all clients, with services including mental health assessments, co-occurring disorders assessments, individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, CPST and crisis intervention.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and small group counseling
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to establish appropriate treatment goals and objectives for clients
• Plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans
• Provide guidance to facilitate clients' normal growth and development, and aid in their understanding and solving of current and potential problems

• LPC, LPCC, LISW or LSW with Master's Degree required
• Experience providing therapy to children and family, including strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of effective behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft software; ability to learn and use Epic EHR and other systems
