The IT Support Specialist position is hybrid (1-2 days work from home options) with required days to work in the office
Degree Required
- An Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field with 1 to 2 years of experience
- OR a high school diploma with 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
Primary Job Responsibilities
. Provide end user help desk support both in person and remotely.
· Provide technical onboarding training for new hires.
· Install and configure end user equipment that includes, computers, tablets, cell phones, and peripheral equipment.
· Create user accounts with appropriate network and phone privileges.
