Family Service Worker – Early Learning
Child Focus: Locations will vary throughout Clermont County.
Schedule: Full-Time | Seasonal Position
- Orientation: July 13–15
- Full-time schedule begins: July 27
Starting Rate: $19.47/hour

Child Focus is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Family Service Worker to support children and families in our Early Learning program. In this role, you will help connect families to resources, strengthen parent engagement, support school readiness, and create opportunities for children and caregivers to thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and events.
- Build relationships with community partners and participate in community outreach efforts.
- Recruit and enroll children and families into Early Learning programs.
- Assess family strengths and needs while supporting goal setting and connecting families with community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with young children and families.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and community stakeholders.
- Meet local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in occasional evening and weekend activities.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Social Work or a related field required
- Experience working with families and children ages birth to five preferred
- Passion for empowering families and strengthening communities
