Program Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing a team of case managers and clinicians providing supervision, support, training, and evaluation.
- The applicant must demonstrate an ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults.
- Must be comfortable working in a strength-based and family-centered way and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to facilitate team meetings, perform family intakes, write assessments, service plans, complete risk assessments and crisis planning.
- Facilitating CFT meetings (establishing an agenda, setting, and maintaining a strength based meeting environment, staying within timeframes, giving all team participants the opportunity to contribute, holding people accountable for their commitments and the ability to assist a team in developing a consensus) for young people and families. (Interacting professionally with other stakeholders and community members)
- Measuring and tracking progress and outcomes for young people and families.
- This position requires work both in the community and an office setting.
- This position will participate in a Manager On-Call Rotation.
- Performing other duties related to the position.
Program Manager Education/Experience Needed:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in behavioral health.
- Related Master’s degree
- Supervisory experience required.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record.
- Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance.
- Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
