Clinical Services Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Working directly with psychiatric professionals and assisting them as needed on a weekly basis
- Keeping an organized calendar for all psychiatric appointments for Yavapai County children
- Organizing psychiatric appointments and tasks that accompany these appointments
- Receiving phone calls and assisting callers with questions, concerns, and new referrals
- Organizing and maintaining calendars for intake specialists
- Maintaining email inbox on a daily basis, replying as needed
- Eligibility verification, Tracking information, and data collection
- Receiving, organizing, and tracking clinical records and documents that accompany referrals
- Performing various functions electronically using our Electronic Medical Record system including data entry
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information
- High school diploma or GED (related college courses or certificate programs preferable)
- A minimum of two years’ work experience with administrative job duties, preferably in an office setting, is also required.
- Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Google drive, sheet (docs).
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
- Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
- Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
