What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Child Care Specialist (ECC) position at Child & Family Resources?
The ECC Specialist supports families and child care providers by:
- Assisting with E-Child Care (ECC) issues and provider support
- Offering technical help with portals, payments, and equipment
- Ensuring accurate provider payments and fraud prevention
- Delivering excellent customer service and community outreach
- Conducting orientations and trainings for parents and providers
Qualifications:
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills (Bilingual English/Spanish required)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with the public
- BA in Business, Early Childhood, Social Work, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
