The Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our long-standing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. You’ll collaborate daily with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, and PTs in an environment that values teamwork, mentorship, and sustainable clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting
  • Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Valid Colorado OT or COTA license (required)
  • Pediatric therapy experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
