The Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our long-standing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. You’ll collaborate daily with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, and PTs in an environment that values teamwork, mentorship, and sustainable clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting
- Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado OT or COTA license (required)
- Pediatric therapy experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
