What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care position at Child Care Services?
I’m seeking a responsible, caring student who would like hands-on experience that can help in their future career, especially those studying child development, education, OT or Speech or a related field.
You’ll be spending time with my sweet and loving 2-year-old daughter. She has a global developmental delay, but she is easygoing, affectionate and truly a joy to be around.
What I’m looking for:
Someone to engage her in age-appropriate, interactive play.
A person who can help reinforce activities and skills from her therapy sessions.
A caring, patient presence who enjoys working with young children.
Experience with children with special needs is a plus, but not required. The most important qualities are warmth, reliability and enthusiasm.
