Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities:

Minimum Required
- Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University
- Minimum of 3 years of People Analytics and/or Data Science experience with a focus on people trends.
- Experience with data collection, cleansing and analysis, advanced analytics (e.g., multivariate regression models), HR data reporting and interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpretations of results, and making actionable recommendations
- Professional/Technical Certifications: n/a
- Technical Requirements:
- Must have advanced knowledge of general office procedures and demonstrate excellent organizational and computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook e-mail.
- Bilingual Required: n/a
- Travel: Minimal travel required. May use CCRC company vehicles, when available or personal vehicle and will be subject to Driver Management Policy requirements (i.e., valid California Driver’s License, automobile insurance and a clean driving record required).
- Work Schedule: Full time, typically M-F
- Work environment: Working in an office work environment; ambient temperature and noises, indoors
- Background & Health Clearance Requirements: n/a
