Key Responsibilities
Family Enrollment & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families seeking child care assistance and related services.
- Guide families through the enrollment process with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
- Conduct intake interviews and collect required documentation.
- Explain eligibility requirements, enrollment procedures, and available resources.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding application status and next steps.
Eligibility & Documentation
- Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Determine eligibility according to program guidelines and funding requirements.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Follow up with families to obtain missing documentation and resolve enrollment issues.
Data Management & Compliance
- Enter and maintain accurate information in enrollment and case management systems.
- Monitor enrollment activity and maintain organized records.
- Assist with reporting requirements, audits, and quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
Community Engagement
- Support outreach efforts to increase awareness of Child Care Partners programs.
- Collaborate with internal staff, child care providers, and community partners.
- Participate in community events, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, enrollment, intake, eligibility determination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with families, social services, early childhood education, or nonprofit organizations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Knowledge of child care assistance programs and eligibility processes.
