What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Head Start, licensing, NAEYC, and CCG standards.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote high performance, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Monitor program quality across education, family engagement, health, nutrition, and special services.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and support financial accountability for center operations.
- Build and strengthen community partnerships to enhance services and advance program goals.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience with strong supervisory and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood best practices, compliance standards, and child development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- A mission‑aligned leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and commitment to children and families.
