What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with families and provide individualized education and support.
- Conduct regular home visits using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum.
- Help families set goals and connect with community resources.
- Recruit eligible families and participate in community events.
- Maintain accurate program records and complete required screenings.
- Facilitate family group connections and support activities.
- Participate in required training and professional development.
What You Bring
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Home Based Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood, Parent Education, a closely related field, or equivalent.
- Three years of child care experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of social service resources throughout North Texas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed.
