Inspiring Minds is looking for a passionate and dependable full-time child care employee to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children ages 6 weeks–3 years old and wants to make a difference during the most important years of development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom while following licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
- Previous child care experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Must meet child care licensing requirements

Pay: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour
