Overview
Child and Family Solutions Center is a well-established counseling practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community for over 20 years. We are seeking a Practice Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and support both our clinical team and the families we serve.
This is a key role for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, well-functioning environment
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and coordination of facility needs
- Manage and support administrative/front office staff
- Oversee intake and scheduling of new client referrals
- Assist in matching clients with appropriate clinicians
- Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Support billing processes and coordination with billing staff
- Help improve workflows and ensure smooth, efficient operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in office management, healthcare administration, or a related role strongly preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
