What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet patients
- Prepare treatment rooms for appointments
- Take digital photographs and orthodontic X-rays
- Assist patients and help them feel comfortable during treatment
- Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support daily clinical operations and patient care
What We're Looking For

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
- Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Travel between our four office locations: Madison, Clinton, Old Saybrook, and Centerbrook
- Includes approximately 2 evening shifts per month and 1 Saturday morning per month
