What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Child and Adolescent Health Care?
Job Summary
We are a small, friendly and busy practice with two locations. looking for a full-time front desk receptionist for our Woodbridge office but will also need to be able to work at our New Haven office as needed. This person must be capable of multi-tasking and be a reliable team player. Experience with computers required. Familiarity with electronic health records systems (EHR) is a plus. Full work week: Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm., some days it will be 5:30 when we have the late doctor
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Support appointment scheduling for patients
- Scanning in records
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
