Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges

- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise
- Maintain organized checkout areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves and setting up displays to attract shoppers’ attention
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales goals
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Previous supervising or team-leading experience in retail or grocery store settings
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities if applicable
