A full-time secretary is needed for a greenhouse/nursery business. The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, processing customer orders (confirmations, shipping, and invoicing), interacting with customers/employees, ordering supplies, and other general office duties. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks is helpful; candidate should be self-motivated and like working in a fast-paced environment.
