- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and training new team members to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee customer service delivery, resolving guest concerns promptly to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, maintaining high food quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system; manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
- Lead shift management by scheduling staff efficiently, overseeing food safety practices, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry, ideally in casual dining settings.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, staff training & development, and interviewing candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations applicable to hospitality environments.
- Experience managing shift schedules.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
