Chicken Salad Chick is coming to Morganton, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Team Members to help us open our newest location!
If you enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and creating a great experience for guests, we’d love to meet you. Whether you have restaurant experience or are looking for your first job, we’re looking for people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Our hours of operation will be 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
About the Position
Our Team Members are at the heart of the Chicken Salad Chick experience. You'll work alongside your team to Spread Joy, Enrich Lives, and Serve Others while providing exceptional food and hospitality to every guest.
Team Members may be trained in multiple areas of the restaurant, including Guest Service, Sandwich Line, and Production. You'll have the opportunity to learn different positions and build valuable customer service, teamwork, and restaurant skills.
And with a menu featuring 12 signature chicken salad flavors, fresh-made sides, soups, sandwiches, and more, there's always something happening!
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with friendly, genuine hospitality.
- Provide a superb guest experience that creates a lasting impression.
- Prepare and serve menu items according to Chicken Salad Chick standards.
- Support fellow Team Members and work together to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Monitor the quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Keep assigned work areas stocked and ready for the next shift.
- Follow company uniform, grooming, food safety, and operational standards.
- Communicate product shortages, equipment concerns, or other issues to management promptly.
- Attend required team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right people!
Physical Requirements
Team Members must be able to:
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Stand and maintain well-paced mobility throughout the workday.
- Bend, stoop, reach, and perform other movements necessary for restaurant operations.
- Perform duties at assigned stations in both kitchen and guest-service areas.
