What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sandwich Maker position at Chicken Salad Chick?
Job Description:
Prepares a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Understand & adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standards.
- Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, theappearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Always adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
