What You'll Do:
As Assistant General Manager, you'll assist the GM in directing and leading all restaurant operations, including:
- Building, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team
- Delivering exceptional guest service every day
- Driving sales, profitability, and labor performance
- Upholding brand standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Managing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development
- Overseeing inventory, cash handling, and compliance
- Creating a positive, energetic culture that your team loves
- Opening and Closing the restaurant
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of proven restaurant management experience as a Shift Lead or AGM
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and brand excellence
- Ability to drive results while maintaining a positive culture
- Prefer familiarity with Altametrics systems for forecast, staffing, and ordering
- Ability to attend 2 weeks of Manager Training in Atlanta, GA, at company cost
