Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care
- Provide friendly, prompt service to customers, upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations
- Manage food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow
- Support team members during busy periods by performing cashiering duties and managing customer inquiries
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
