POSITION SUMMARY:
Join the Chicken Guy! team at Disney Springs — a fast-paced, fun, and energetic quick-service restaurant. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with great customer service experience and a passion for preparing quality food in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Team Members will work together to deliver an exceptional guest experience while keeping up with the energy and excitement of Disney Springs.
Welcome guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting when they approach the counter.
Pay careful attention to guests to ensure that they understand the menu, how to order to ensure they are satisfied with their meal, and answer any questions they may have.
Monitor the order and if there are missing items such as drinks or fries, ask the guest whether they would like to order those items so they don’t forget an item and need to return to wait in line.
Ensure the guests verify their orders on the ordering screen at the counter before processing payment.
Accept and process payment accurately, always ensuring to thank the guests and provide direction on where to pick up their meal.
Learn about the menu and the sauces in order to answer guests’ questions accurately and be able to make a recommendation of your own favorites or frequently ordered items.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a guest or customer facing position preferred, but not necessary
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers
Ability to communicate in English to guests and respond to their questions
Able to work in a high energy fast-paced environment
Ability to count change and work with an electronic point of sale system
