Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards
• Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold company policies
• Manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food service management
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership capabilities in hospitality or restaurant settings
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, and food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, catering or banquet services is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment; previous assistant manager experience preferred
